1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of somepsychagogue.quest, your Quest ID, memberships, and the software sold here (together, "the services"), all operated by Some Psychagogue LLC ("we," "us"). By creating a Quest ID or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You must be at least thirteen years old to hold a Quest ID. You are responsible for the sign-in methods connected to your account and for keeping them secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
3. Memberships
A membership gives you access to members-only writing and features for as long as it is active. Memberships that bill monthly or yearly renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Prices are shown with any applicable tax included.
4. Software licenses
Software sold here is licensed, not sold. A license is personal to you, may be used on the devices you own, and may not be resold, sublicensed, or shared. A license bought as a series of installment payments is granted on the condition that the installments are completed; if payments stop, access may be suspended until they resume, and the license is granted in full when the final payment is made. We do not offer discounts, promotional codes, or sales.
5. Refunds
Digital goods and memberships are refundable within fourteen days of purchase if you have not substantially used them, and otherwise at our discretion. Write to amanjm.connect@gmail.com.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of anything you post. By posting, you give us permission to display it on the services. You are responsible for what you post. We may remove content that is unlawful, harassing, spam, or that infringes someone's rights, and we may suspend accounts that repeatedly post such content.
7. Our content
The writing, video, art, and software on the services belong to Some Psychagogue LLC or its licensors. You may read, watch, and quote briefly with attribution. You may not republish, redistribute, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.
8. Copyright complaints
If you believe content on the services infringes your copyright, send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to our designated agent at amanjm.connect@gmail.com, including the work, its location on the services, your contact information, and a statement of good faith. We respond to valid notices and remove infringing material.
9. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break into the services, disrupt them, scrape them at scale, impersonate others, or use them for anything unlawful.
10. Disclaimer
The services are provided "as is." We do not promise they will always be available or free of errors. Nothing on the services is medical, legal, or financial advice.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Some Psychagogue LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
12. Termination
You may delete your Quest ID at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms. Sections about content ownership, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, United States, and any dispute will be brought in the courts located in Monongalia County, West Virginia.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will say so on this page and, for material changes, by email to account holders. Continuing to use the services after a change means you accept it.
