1. Who we are
This website, somepsychagogue.quest, and the accounts, memberships, and software sold through it are operated by Some Psychagogue LLC, a West Virginia limited liability company ("we," "us"). 2. What we collect
We collect only what an account and a purchase require:
- Account information. When you create a Quest ID, we store your name, your email address, and the identifier of any sign-in provider you connect (Google, Discord, or X). We never receive or store your password for those services.
- Payment records. Payments are processed by Stripe. We store the identifier Stripe assigns to you, what you purchased, and its status. We never see or store your full card number.
- Comments and contributions. Anything you post in a comment, along with the time you posted it.
- Usage measurements. Which pages are read, when, and the general type of device and browser used. These measurements are collected by our own software on our own servers. They are not tied to advertising identifiers, and we honor your browser's "Do Not Track" and "Global Privacy Control" signals.
- Email preferences. Whether you have chosen to receive email from us.
3. Why we collect it
To recognize you when you sign in, to deliver what you have purchased, to send you the email you asked for, to keep the site secure, and to understand which writing reaches people. We do not build advertising profiles.
4. Who receives it
We share information only with the services necessary to run this site: Stripe (payments), the sign-in provider you chose (only to confirm who you are), Google Cloud (which hosts our servers), and the email delivery service that sends our messages. We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We disclose it only when the law requires.
5. Cookies
We use one cookie: it keeps you signed in. It is not used for tracking across other sites. Signing out removes it.
6. How long we keep it
Account information is kept while your Quest ID exists. Payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law require. Usage measurements are kept in detail for ninety days and as totals afterward.
7. Your rights
You may see the information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete your Quest ID by writing to amanjm.connect@gmail.com. Deleting your account removes your personal information; records the law requires us to keep (such as payment history) are retained only for that purpose. If you live in a place with additional privacy rights, we honor them.
8. Children
Quest IDs are for people thirteen years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If you believe a child has created an account, tell us and we will remove it.
9. Security
Connections to this site are encrypted. Sign-in secrets are stored only as one-way hashes. Access to our systems is limited to what operating the site requires.
10. Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so on this page and, for material changes, by email to account holders. The date at the top is the date of the current version.
